Art is very special to the person that drew the pictures. Graffiti is when someone sprays on walls and they often have foul language on it.
Graffiti is art. I've seen graffiti that was just stunning. I've seen paintings that are crap. Art is in the eye of the beholder.
Graffiti is Art. Art is Graffiti.
Graffiti is basically art. But graffiti is done in unofficial places like on the sides of buildings and it's illegal.
